Dimas Ernesto Guevara G.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Panama, where he earned a degree in Law and Political Science in 1988, which became part of the National Bar Association.

Has a Master in Criminology, University of Panama, 2007.

He completed his postgraduate studies with specialization in Criminology Prison Work at the University of Panama in 1997; and scored Post Degree in Special Criminal Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain in 2003; participated in the Fourth Conference on Corruption and Economic Policy, held in Salamanca Spain from 13 to 17 January 2003.

He received a Diploma for trainers: Educational Tools for Trainers, Facilitators and Multipliers Learning Processes at the University of Panama, 2009.

He joined the Public Ministry in 1983, holding senior positions, including Superior Prosecutor, Special Prosecutor, Assistant Prosecutor's Office and the Attorney General's Office, in charge.

He has made more than seven hundred hearings in front of Jury of Conscience in the Second Superior Court, as other public hearings conducted at the level of Municipal Courts and Circuit Courts in the Republic of Panama.

Specialist in criminal investigations, crime scene reconstruction, application of interrogation techniques and interviews. Actively participated in complex, sensitive and emblematic research.

He has participated in several conferences and issued national and international conferences, and also taught at various universities in the departments of Criminology, Criminal Procedure Law and Penal. At the moment he is an instructor of the Panamanian Association of Fraud Examiners. (APEF)
